Granular Restore Option(GRO) menu freezes with blank window in Symantec System Recovery(SSR) 2011

After mounting recovery point in GRO it stays on "Loading Recovery Point" and then freezes with the blank window shown below.
This problem may occur due to following reasons:-
1) Microsoft Outlook application is not installed on the server where Granular Restore Option(GRO) is used. If Microsoft supports the installation of Outlook is supported on the Exchange server, it is still recommended that GRO and Outlook are installed on a separate system. Depending on the size of the image file and date contained, the mounting, reading and recovery of data using GRO can use high amounts of CPU and memory resources.
2) Server architecture where Granular Restore Option(GRO) is used, is not similar to the Exchange server architecture.
1) Ensure Microsoft Outlook application is installed on the server where Granular Restore Option(GRO) is used.
2) Server architecture where Granular Restore Option(GRO) is used needs to be 64-bit (x64), not 32-bit (x86).
