The Service Account is locking up while running the query in RMS with access denied error.

Problem
While running any query in the RMS, the Service Account gets locked up in Active Directory with the following error in the query results
"%Servers: MQE failure - MQE query:: Execute start query :Access is denied.Context information:

YYYYY domain from bv-Control for Windows back end snapin: Access is denied.BVNTQueryResultsExceptionSubsystem

Cause
Bad password
Solution
1) On the MQE machine, click on start >run and type in services.msc
2) Right click on CCS Query Engine service and re-enter the service account password.
3) Open credential database and click on Modify tab under credential operations.Re-enter the credentials.
4) Open User Manager > Export settings and re-entered the credentials under unattended export credentials.
5) Restart the machine and run the query.
Note: If required, delete the credential database and create a new credential database to resolve the issue.
