Enterprise Vault (EV) database and partition is skipped silently in EV agent based backup

Problem
Enterprise Vault (EV) agent based backup of EV data completes successfully without backing up EV databases and/or partition. Instead of reporting failure the job skips the SQL databases silently and completes successfully.
Cause
This issue comes up if EV service account does not have local admin permissions on SQL server or the server hosting the EV partitions.
Solution
This issue has been resolved via hotfix.
