Problem
BACKGROUND
VOM has a Storage Insight add-on for deep discovery of supported arrays. The Hitachi USP-VM array is supported in add-on versions 3.x and above (see Settings / Deployment Management for version validation).

Selecting the USP-VM array results in an exception error.
Error
"An exception has occurred while rendering the component. Please check the web server logs for details."
Environment
VOM:
VRTSsfmcs-3.1.830.0-0
VRTSsfmh-3.1.830.0-0
Storage Insight add-on:
3.1.101.0
It is likely that any supported OS platform and version may be affected.

Upgrade Central Server to VOM version 4.0 or above

Upgrade Storage Insight add-on to version 4.0.523.0 or above
After selecting the array, the screen will look similar to:
