Unable to login to Windows after Guardian Edge Endpoint Encryption Pre Boot Authentication

0x80000001:Error while logging in to Computer


Solution



1. Login as a clientadmin to Preboot Authentication
2. Login to windows as an admin and then unregister the current user.
3. Reboot the machine, login back as a clientadmin once again to Preboot Authentication.
4. Re- register the user back to the machine.
