Unable to install the PGP Support Package if User Account Control Enabled

After double-clicking the PGPsupportpackage.exe, the installation starts and gets to the point of trying to install, but then displays "Desktop Manager software is required for this installation to continue.  Please install, or re-install, the desktop software and try again".



To resolve this issue, temporarily disable the User Account Control feature in Windows and restart the installation again.
