Problem
When the Exchange Mailbox Policy Shortcut is Opened is set to Show Properties, the Click here to view the original item banner has no effect.
Solution
This issue has been resolved as part of the following release:
Enterprise Vault 10.0.1

Workarounds exist for this issue, only one option below is required.
1. Change the Exchange Mailbox Policy to Show Contents.
2. Implement Virtual Vault.
3. Use the Enterprise Vault 8.0.5 client.
Enterprise Vault 9.x
There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
