When trying to add a "Client Install Package" to the SEPM (i.e. from Admin->Install Packages, click Browse and select SAV32.info or SAV64.info under \SEPM\Packages folder in the extracted installation image), the following error is returned.

"The Symantec client software package does not exist in the source folder that you have entered; type a valid source folder."

The SAV32.dat or SAV64.dat files under \SEPM\Packages are either corrupted or missing.

Extract the SEPM installation files again and try to add the packages.

If the issue persists, download the installation image again from https://fileconnect.symantec.com, extract it and use the dat files under \SEPM\Packages.
