Which are the supported distributions (aka flavors) of Linux, for which the SEP clients in version 12.1 are supported?

There is currently no Symantec Endpoint Protection client for Linux. The Linux client provided with the Symantec Endpoint Protection installation media is the Symantec AntiVirus for Linux (SAVFL) client.  SAV for Linux installations are inherently self-managed/unmanaged, though it is possible for some data to be forwarded to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) through SAVFL Reporter.

For information on distributions supported by the SAVFL client, please refer to the following document.
