The Enterprise Vault (EV) Client conflicts with the Outlook setting "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with Original Message"

When using the EV Client Add-in and the Microsoft (MS) Outlook setting "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message" is configured, replies are placed in the Sent Items Folder rather than the Subfolder of the original message.
1. Install the EV 9.0.0 Base Client on the affected workstation.
2. Disable the MS Outlook setting "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message"
