What issue(s) does this cumulative hotfix resolve?
 

ETrack 1897683:
Folders which are hidden from Notes are excluded from the list of discoverable folders.

ETrack 2166101:
When storing an item, a check will be made for the presence of the ICON note first, and dealt with appropriately if not present, allowing archiving to continue.

ETrack 2335923:
When looking at the created date of the item, there is an additional check for type TYPE_TIME_RANGE which is then converted into a valid DateTime object.

ETrack 2335979:
When storing an item, a test is made for truncated file attachments and this is now dealt with accordingly, rather than failing to archive the item.

ETrack 2341163:
The test for multilingual databases has changed so that it is regarded as multilingual if and only if the ICON Note contains a language field containing a semicolon (the list delimiter).

ETrack 2350461:
The buffer handling while constructing shortcuts has been improved.

ETrack 2525321:
The maximum buffer length has been increased which will allow the Provisioning task to process a Mail-In database with a multi-line name with length greater than 256 characters.

During the provisioning and processing of Domino groups, if a member is a 'Mail-In' database, it is added as an individual target.

ETrack 2616022:
Domino Mailbox Archiving, Domino Journal Archiving and File System Archiving will no longer remove safety copies before collection has occurred if they are being stored on a partition utilizing Centera collections. This provides additional protection for items whilst their savesets are awaiting collection.

Which files does this hotfix replace?

How to install this hotfix:

1. Stop all Enterprise Vault services.
2. Once all services have stopped, take a backup copy of each file listed in the Files section above, located in the Enterprise Vault installation folder (which by default is "C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault", or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault" on a 64-bit machine).
3. Copy the updated files, packaged in this hotfix, to the Enterprise Vault installation folder, replacing the originals.
4. Start all Enterprise Vault services.

How to uninstall this hotfix:

1. Stop all Enterprise Vault services.
2. Once all services have stopped, take the backed up copies of the files listed in the Files section above and replace the hotfixed files, located in the Enterprise Vault installation folder (which by default is "C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault", or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault" on a 64-bit machine).
3. Start all Enterprise Vault services.
