Problem
If the ICON Note was not present in the mail file, then archive processing would fail to continue with error 'Special database object cannot be located'.
Error
Event ID 41162 Error: Special database object cannot be located during Domino Mailbox Archiving.
Solution
This issue has been resolved in a Cumulative Hotfix for Enterprise Vault for Lotus Domino 9.0 SP2.
This issue has been resolved in the following release:
Enterprise Vault 9.0.3
Symantec Corporation has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in earlier versions of the product(s) cited at the end of this article. Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.
There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.
