Replication error when deleting and restoring replication partner during replication

Problem
You initiate replication between two partners. You then delete the second partner and add it back to the replication partner list while the first partner is still attempting replication. You see an error message.
Error
Exception trying to initiate a reverse replication from remote site: Invalid password for replication partnership login. Please refer to scm-server-0.log for more details.
Solution
This error occurs only if you try to remove a replication partner after you initiate replication, and then add the partner back to the replication partner list. You can resolve the issue by using one of the following methods:
- Start replication again. Do not change the replication partner list.
- Wait until the next scheduled replication.
We recommend that you avoid changing the replication partner list during replication.
