The above error could occur in environments where the Vault Cache is enabled for Exchange mailboxes.

In some circumstances a Vault Cache reset has helped to suppress the errors (refer to the technote http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH71311 about "How to Reset Vault Cache from an Outlook Client"), however this should be performed only after have consulted someone of the backline team.
