How to fix issue which requires Authentication on Multiple Applications after reboot.

Problem
After installing 9.5.3 SP2, user is asked to authenticate to many applications (such as Microsoft communicator, Microsoft Outlook) after reboot.
Environment
GE 9.5.3 SP2 installed on XP/Vista/Windows 7
Cause
Incompatible Internet Browser.
Solution
The issue is related to Firefox. Please install and use Internet Explorer to fix this issue.
