Yahoo IM Client Receives Message "Your contact may not have received the following message, due to a communications problem" Even When Recipients Receive Message

Yahoo user sends a message to a recipient. After twenty (20) to thirty (30) seconds the Yahoo IM client displays the following error message:
Your contact may not have received the following message, due to a communications problem
However the recipient of the message has received it.
- The problem is only reported by a small number of users.
- The user does not see the problem when outside of the organization (e.g. at home).
- Problem does not occur if user uses the Yahoo 8.X IM client.
- Yahoo 9.X or 10.X IM client
The cause is unknown at this time.
