CreateArchiveFolder stored procedure relinks folders with the same name as the root folder to the root instead of creating a new ArchiveFolder.

Problem
Certain folder structures do not appear at all or appear at incorrect levels within Archive Explorer or search.asp details.
Error
No error is generated during archiving runs.
Cause
Changes to the stored procedure CreateArchiveFolder have resulted in a condition where if a folder structure contains a named folder which matches the root:
e.g. A Public folder root named Data with sub-folders, one of which is also named Data, or a file system target named Data with sub-folders also named Data results in the SQL entries for these sub-folders not being properly enumerated. This can lead to issues viewing the folder structure in Archive Explorer.
Solution
This issue has been addressed in the following releases:
