License purchase or renewal Web site appears blank

Problem



When you purchase or renew your Symantec Endpoint Protection license, you are directed to proceed to a website in an email you receive. When you click on the link, the address is correct in your browser, but the page appears blank.


Solution



This can happen if the security setting for norton.com and symantec.com are too high in Internet Explorer. In order to complete the license purchasing/renewal, add the following sites to your Trusted Sites:

*.norton.com
*.symantec.com
