When attempting to redirect an Exchange 2010 database to flat file or recovery database, beremote crashes on NDMPSRVR.DLL. BERemote must be restarted prior to running other jobs for the target server.

This issue has been observed within environments utilizing teamed NICs.
There is currently no known workaround for this issue in certain cases. If a GRT restoration is being performed, Symantec Technical Support recommends a restore to Recovery Database per http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH77853
