Problem
When installing the Backup Exec Archive Option (BEAO) as an additional option to BE 2010 or BE 2010 R2, an error is received that BewLaunch.exe crashes.
Error
"Symantec WMI Process Launcher has stopped working"
Error -1073741819 registering C:\Windows\Installer\{BA106948-54B3-4A3F-9B12-98602AABFD43}\BewLaunch.exe
Solution
This issue has been fixed in Backup Exec 2010 R3 Revision 5204.
