Solution
What issue(s) does this hotfix resolve?
As a user archive approaches or exceeds a set quota, a notification e-mail can be sent to the user in question to notify of any quota related issues. As this e-mail is sent, a mechanism is in place to record
the date of the notification to prevent the generation of multiple e-mails to a single user. The date simply was not updating properly, causing potentially hundreds of over-quota e-mails to be sent.
