Validation checking on the value of IContent::OriginalLocation during a call to IItem::Insert
could result in this location being incorrectly considered a GUID, resulting in failure of the insert.

How to Install this hotfix

1. Stop the Enterprise Vault Services
2. Replace the following files:

StorageOnlineOpns.exe

3. Restart the Services.
