Open a Web Browser and go to the following address:

https://fileconnect.symantec.com

Enter the serial number (Example : M1234567891).

Click on "I Agree" after you have read the "End User License Agreement".

You may see a screen that will display a choice of available Languages.

Choose the proper Product and Version that you see listed in the "Product" area..

On the "File Selection" page, Step 1: Select preferred download method, choose "HTTP Download:".

Wait for the screen to refresh.

Scroll down to the File and Version you need to download and place a check next to the File.

Select "Begin Downloading" and "Save" the file to a location of your choice.
