Enterprise Vault (EV) Outlook Add-in may cause a slow response in Outlook when deleting an email

In rare occasions a non-Enterprise Vault (EV) enabled user with the configuration listed below, that performs a delete of a non-archived item, may encounter a 1-2 second delay per item. A non-EV enabled user who has 3-4 delegate mailboxes may have a delay of up to 15 seconds.
- The mailbox is not EV Enabled
- Has an additional mailbox added to the mailbox profile
- The workstation has the EV 9 Client Outlook Add-in (see applicable versions list)
Outlook item delete is delayed when a mailbox is not EV Enabled and have additional mailbox added to the mailbox profile on the workstation with EV9 SP1+ installed.
