Symantec Workspace Virtualization (SWV) 6.2.1562 (6.1 Service Pack 4) and later created on Windows XP Service Pack 3 native Russian with IE8 installed.
Cause

Solution
Under investigation by development. Once fixed, a new Layer Definition File (LDF) for IE6 on XP will be released.
