Problem
How does the asset status of a managed computer affect its pcAnywhere license consumption?
Environment
pcAnywhere Solution 12.6
Solution
Assuming that a managed computer with a status of Active has consumed a license for pcAnywhere Solution, changing its status to Retire will not free the license. Performing a Delete action against the managed computer will free the pcAnywhere Solution license.
