Cannot login to the Enterprise Vault MAC OSX Client when using linked Microsoft Exchange 2007 mailboxes

The Enterprise Vault MAC OSX Client will continually prompt for username and password when using a linked Microsoft Exchange 2007 mailbox.
Login failure: Unknown user or bad password.
The issue only occurs when using a one-way trust between Active Directory forests or domains.

This issue is currently under investigation by Symantec Corporation. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release. The only workaround at present is to setup a two way transitive trust between Active Directory forest or domains.
