Backup to disk(B2D) files are larger than the specified size in the backup to disk folder properties when writing to a Dell SPO DL2200 virtual disk array

During backup to a backup to disk (B2D) storage folder on a Dell SPO (Storage Provisioning Option) DL2200 appliance, The corresponding BKF/B2D files that are created or overwritten can grow larger then the specified size limit on the backup to disk folder. This does not cause a backup failure, however this may cause the media server to report that the backup to disk folder is low or out of disk space.
