Sample error for Discovery Accelerator:

The item '/Discovery Accelerator Reports/DACustomer/EVDomain vaultadmin/Search Criteria Drilldown' cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)

Environment

- Enterprise Vault 8.0 Service Pack 5, 9.0.0, 9.0.1 or 9.0.2.

- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service 2008 R2.

Cause

SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services requires an absolute path to report elements, whereas SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services could use a referenced location.

Solution

Workaround:

Install the Compliance Accelerator (CA) and / or Discovery Accelerator (DA) 8.0.5 or 9.0.x Report templates on a SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services installation.

Solution:

For CA and DA 8.0 SP5 and 9.0.0, upgrade to CA or DA 9.0.1 or 9.0.2 and apply the hotfix as instructed below.

For CA and DA 9.0.1 or 9.0.2, install the hotfix files as instructed below.

============
None - hot fix only

Description of problem
=======================
When Compliance Accelerator or Discovery Accelerator is configured with Reporting Server on SQL Server 2008 R2 then all drill down reports fail. Main report
loads but when link is clicked to show drill down reports then 'item can't be found' error comes.

Description of solution
=======================
In SQL server 2008 R2 the path for the drilldown report is expected as absolute which is currently relative, so all drill down reports
fail with SQL server 2008 R2. As part of solution paths of all the drilldown reports are made absolute.
This hotfix is for both Compliance Accelerator and Discovery Accelerator. Instructions and files for both products are written separately.
This hotfix does not correct reports already created.  New reports must be created to replace those already run in order to obtain proper drilldown capability.

Installation Instructions
=========================
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Preliminary Steps for both Compliance Accelerator and Discovery Accelerator
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Log onto the CA or DA server as the Vault Service Account (VSA).
2. On a drive that is local to the server, create a folder to contain the hotfix files (noted as the extraction folder in the instructions below).
3. Copy the hotfix zip file into the folder created in Step 2.
4. Extract the hotfix files from the zip file and save them in the folder created in Step 2.
5. The original files need to be saved to allow for the removal of the hotfix if needed.  The recommended method to save the original files is to add another file extension to
each file (i.e., add '.ORIG' to the end of the file name's extension).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installation Instructions for Discovery Accelerator only
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to the Discovery Accelerator installation folder (i.e., 'C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault Business Accelerator').
3. Navigate to the 'Discovery Reports' folder.
4. For the 3 files listed above under '# Under folder '$<Installation Folder>\Discovery Reports\', rename the 3 original files by adding another file extension to them (i.e.,
rename from 'Case History.rdl' to 'Case History.rdl.ORIG'.
5. Copy the 3 files from the 'DiscoveryReports' folder under the folder into which the hotfix files were extracted.
6. Paste the 3 files into the '$<Installation Folder>\Discovery Reports\' folder.
7. Repeat Steps 4 through 6 for
  a) the '$<Installation Folder>\Discovery Reports\ja\' folder using the 3 hotfix files from the extraction folder's 'DiscoveryReportsJA' folder
  b) the '$<Installation Folder>\Discovery Reports\zh-cn' folder using the 3 hotfix files from the extraction folder's 'DiscoveryReportsZh-Cn' folder
  c) the '$<Installation Folder>\Discovery Reports\zh-tw' folder using the 3 hotfix files from the extraction folder's 'DiscoveryReportsZh-Tw' folder.
8. Launch Internet Explorer
9. Open Symantec Accelerator Manager web page (i.e., go to the 'http://localhost/EVBAAdmin' site).
10. Click on 'Reporting Server' button at bottom of the page.
11. On the 'Uploading Reporting Server Templates' page, ensure the 'Reporting Server Url:' is correct, then provide the Vault Service Account's UserID and password in the
appropriate fields.
12. Click on 'Upload Reports' button.
13. When the reports have completed uploading, close Internet Explorer.
14. Create new reports to replace those already created that have the issue as the existing reports will not be corrected by the hotfix files.
