Classification is not loaded on some tickets.

Some incidents, when created with or without classification, will have no proper classification loaded after using Reclassify or Resolve smart tasks.
There are no errors appearing in the logs.

This issue has been addressed in ServiceDesk 7.1
Issues with classification data not being displayed or displaying old classification in Reclassify and Reassign forms.
