Solution

from the SEE Management Server machine--
Enable verbose logging on the SEEMS server by creating the following RegKeys:

On GuardianEdge.GECommunicationWS create a DWORD value as names as “LogLevel”
 with Value Data – 2

RegKey - "
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\GuardianEdge\Trace\TraceSinks\FileSink\GuardianEdge.GECommunicationWS"

Value Data – LogDirPath
Type – String
Value Data – “C:\Symantec\Management Server\GECommunicationWS Logs” (Or any other directory of your choice)

Now, launch IIS and restart the website ‘Symantec Services’
Click checkin now from Client Console, wait till it fails, and collect the logs from server and send that to us.
