Problem
Backup of SharePoint 2010 with Backup Exec 2010 R3 fails with unable to query the team database meta-data.
Error
Final Error : Backup- User Profile Service Application\Proxy (XXXXXX\XXXXXXX )
V-79-57344-794 - Error: Unable to query the Team database meta-data.
NOTE : Debugging Backup Exec Service the SPSwrapper.log shows the following error.

This issue has been resolved in Backup Exec 2010 R3 Service Pack 2
