Cause

The problem occurs in the code building the author information to place in the recipient XML.  When building the author information, the code expects to have a valid Entry ID and if it is invalid then an exception occurs.  In the custom filter scenario, when there are more than ten of these types of the messages, this causes the archiving task to shut down as the 10 consecutive errors is reached.  This is safety mechanism currently in place to prevent a bad filter from running.  However, in some circumstance better error handling and control is required.
