Black frames are displayed in Carbon Copy session

Problem
During a connection to a Carbon Copy agent, authentication is successful and the connection to the agent is established. When you start to take control over the host, some areas are not displayed correctly. For example when you click on Windows Start button the entire menu is showed as a black frame, and after moving the mouse over the icons appear again.
Cause
This occurs because the Carbon Copy is configured to discard all large bitmaps, such as splash screens.
Solution
To solve this problem do the following steps:
- Open the registry editor (Start -> Run -> regedit)
- Open the key branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\Carbon Copy\LightViewer
- Modify the IgnoreLargeBitmaps value from 01 00 00 00 to 00 00 00 00
NOTE: Please backup your registry before doing these steps
