PGP Universal checks for intermediate certificates from the list of trusted keys to create a certificate chain file. When new intermediate certificates from a Certificate Authority(CA) are created this may require PGP Universal Server Administrators to import the new intermediate certificates to the list of trusted keys.
Intermediate certificates are not found in the list of Universal Server trusted keys.
To add intermediate certificate(s) to PGP Universal Server trusted keys:
1.) Click the Keys tab
2.) Click the Trusted Keys tab
3.) Click the button Add Trusted Key
4.) Import the intermediate certificate
Note: If you have already imported the SSL/TLS certificate before adding the intermediate certificate(s) to trusted keys try re-importing the SSL/TLS certificate to the network interface. Apache/httpd is a service that is used to create a .chain file that includes the intermediate certificate(s). If adding the intermediate certificate(s) after importing the SSL/TLS certificate this service may not create the .chain file until the Apache/httpd service restarts.
