Problem
When trying to back up the installation folder of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12.1.671.4971, the following exception is being returned.
Error

Completed status: Completed with exceptions.Exceptions:
Unable to open the item\\computername\path\...\_RDRPluginG - skipped.
Unable to open the item\\computername\path\...\_RDRPluginG - skipped.
Unable to open the item\\computername\path\...\_SNDPluginG - skipped.
Unable to open the item\\computername\path\...\_SNDPluginG - skipped.
Cause
These files are intentionally created as DELETE_ON_CLOSE and should not be backed up.
Solution
