KNOWN ISSUE: Check HTTP connection fails for non-Administrators

Problem
The Check HTTP Connection action always returns a failure code, indicating that the web page is not available, when the .exe is run as a non-admin user.
Environment
Wise Installation System 9.02
Wise Installation Studio 7.x
Wise Package Studio 7.X
Cause
When using the Check HTTP Connection action, a temp file is written to the root of the C drive. A user that is not an administrator, does not have access to write to this location.
Solution
