Snapshot provider error (0xE0009001): Error connecting to media server
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.
SGMON log from media server shows the following errors:
 [ndmp\ndmpsrvr] - Username for Logon: <media server name>\administrator
 - LogonType set = [LOGON32_LOGON_BATCH][0x4]
 - LogonUser failed: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
 [ndmp\ndmpsrvr] - LogonuserError: 1326
 [ndmp\ndmpsrvr] - LogonUser failed for user: <media server name>\administrator
This issue occurs if the System Logon Account is a local user account on the media server (i.e computername\username)
Even though the backup job is configured to use "domain\username", the SGMON log shows that Logon attempted was for user "computername\username" account and cause the backup job to fail.
To resolve this issue change the System Logon Account to a domain account (i.e domain\username) and run the backup job using ADBO option.
