Issue



Errors in logs concerning Setup Process component timing out.  Symptoms will include inability to add attachments to tickets from the ticket itself or attachments added during creation don't show up in the ticket.

Solution



Symantec has a pointfix for this issue for ServiceDesk 7.1 SP1 and the initial release of ServiceDesk 7.1

This issue will be resolved in ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2.
