“Reset Server Connection” feature does not function properly on iOS 5.0 - PGP Viewer for iOS

After enabling the “Reset Server Connection” functionality to ON, you are not prompted to re-enroll with the PGP Universal Server.

This issue occurs on iOS 5.0 devices using PGP Viewer for iOS.



Symantec is aware of this issue and will update this document when a solution becomes available. It is not necessary to log a support case on this issue. Please subscribe to this article to be notified of any updates.)

As a workaround, you can reset all of the configurations for PGP Viewer for iOS app using iTunes.
