Problem
Unable to apply existing customized templates to Web Messenger after upgrading PGP Universal Server to version 3.2.
Error
Compiler Error
The following compiler errors were found. Please correct the errors and upload a new .zip file.
The errors may also reference missing files, missing tags, or indicate a java exception.
Environment
PGP Universal Server with Web Messenger customizations which has been upgraded to version 3.2.
Cause
New features and functionality were added to Web Messenger in version 3.2. This means the previous/existing customization template can not be used.
Solution
Any Web Messenger customizations must be rebuilt using the new template from the PGP Universal 3.2.0 server. This can be downloaded from Services > Web Messenger > Add Templates.
