SFW HA agent is unable start the agent due to being unable to load the agent library

Problem
Storage Foundation for Windows High Availability (SFW HA) cluster is unable to start a cluster agent, which may manifest itself by being unable to probe resources and online them.
Error
Error V-16-2-13061 Agent (<agent_name>) is exiting because could not load the agent library (C:\Program Files\Veritas\Cluster Server\bin\<agent_name>\<agent_name>.dll)
Environment
SFW HA or VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS)
Cause
The path to the dll or the dll does not exist.
Solution
Make sure that the agent library exists in specified folder. If <agent_nane>.dll file is missing then copy it from working server with the same software version or run product repair installation.
