Problem
Backup Exec prompts for an installation media while installing a License key and/or Agent
Error
The current installation could not locate the required install media. Please select the path to the installation media. This path will contain a file named Browser.exe
Cause
1. Backup Exec cannot find the path to the installation files because they may reside on another drive or a remote server.
or
2. The installation media being detected contains an incorrect version of Backup Exec
Solution
To resolve the error:
1. Click on Browse and navigate to the location where the correct version of the Backup Exec installation files are located.
To identify the correct version of Backup Exec:
2010 revision 2896 13.0.2896.0
2010 R2 revision 4164 13.0.4164.0
2010 R3 revision 5204 13.0.5204.0
2012 SP1a 14.0.1798.0
