Unable to search the content of Enterprise Vault (EV) File System Archiving (FSA) files that are 1K in size and contain an umlaut character in the content.

Problem
This issue is only seen on files that meet the following conditions:
- 1K in size
- Saved in ANSI format
- Contain an umlaut character, such as Ä, in the content of the file
The file is indexed and can be seen in Archive Explorer and Search.asp, however the content of the file cannot be searched.
This issue is not seen in files 2K or larger or if the file is saved in Unicode format.

This issue has been addressed in the following releases:
