Problem
Unable to globally capture applications that require MSXML and/or C++ runtimes.
Environment
Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Cause
The global capture option fails to install MSXML and/or C++ runtimes. Neither can be captured in a layer due to transactions when capturing on Vista or Windows 7.
Solution
Capture on Windows XP or install MSXML and/or the C++ runtimes to the base of all machines that will use that layer.
