Unable to push Symantec Management Agent to a PC using alternative access credentials.

This has been identified as a known product issue. A point-fix can be requested via Symantec Support for the Symantec Management Platform 7.1 Sp1.
This issue has been tentatively addressed in the Symantec Management Platform 7.1 Sp2 release.
