Problem
Keyboard and mouse functions are not working with Dell Precision m6600 and Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE) 8.2 HF1 and earlier (this includes GEHD 9.5.3)
Cause
This is due to the lack of USB support during pre-boot on the m6600
Solution
This issue is fixed in SEE 8.2 MP1 HF1. Please contact Support for this version.
