Policy validation for OST_FIM type snapshot fails with status 223

Problem
As known so far, the following two issues can cause the above problem:
A. NetApp data volume can not be claimed by storage server:
The problem here was that the data volume was mounted with double slash as shown below:
B. Resource pool is not created and not added to NetBackup resource group
C. Resource pool belonging to NetBackup group is in error status.
D. NBUPlugin is re-installed with same or higher version.
Error
The following error message will appear in a pop-up window as a result of the NetBackup policy validation created for OST_FIM type snapshot:
Policy: test_mahbub -- client: test44.veritas.com --
Snapshot could not be created with OST_FIM method
(Status 223)
For situation mentioned under point A, the following error message will be logged in under bpfis and ostfi logs on the client:

For situation mentioned under point C, the following status was observed for the resource pool:
C:\Program Files\NetApp\DataFabric Manager\DFM\bin>dfpm respool list

Environment
NetBackup 7.5 OST_FIM snapshot
Solution
A. For the problem mentioned at point A under "Problem" section above:
Data volume was mounted with single slash and the problem was resolved.
B. For the problem mentioned at point B under "Problem" section above:
Create Resource Pool and add the newly created resource pool to NetBackup resource group, follow technote TECH172466.
C. Resource pool belonging to NetBackup group is in error status.
Correct the situation so that the resource pool becomes online.
D. NBUPlugin is re-installed with same or higher version.
