Cause
If a Non-Windows Virtual machine was backed using VMware Virtual Infrastructure Agent with Application Granular Recovery Technoloogy ( GRT ).
Solution
If a backup job includes Non-Windows Virtual machines ( Linux, Unix Macintosh) and Windows Virtual machines in the same selection list or same backup job with Application Granular Recovery Technology, Backup fails with the above mentioned error.
1. Configure the Non-Windows Virtual machines with Disabled Application GRT in a separate job
2. And Configure the Windows Virtual machines with Application GRT in a separate job.
3. Retry the 2 different backup jobs.
