Issues resolved:
Unable to restore from optimized duplicated sets when the original backup set was created using client side deduplication.  NULL-SERVER shows up in the catalogs. (TECH169051)
Unable to restore from optimized duplicated sets when they span media on the destination deduplication folder.  (TECH173981)
